This young couple dreamed of a large kitchen, a space where they could welcome friends and family and enjoy shared moments. They wanted a kitchen that reflected their modern yet cozy style, and they didn’t hesitate to plan for a spacious area, with a large central island designed to be the heart of their gatherings. This iconic element required special planning and precise execution.
They wanted the kitchen to have a bright and elegant look, but also warm and full of personality. Following designer Hadas Gervchick’s recommendation, they agreed to incorporate wood details to bring that welcoming feel they were after, without sacrificing modernity. For Hadas, it was crucial to strike a balance between current trends and the elegance the clients desired, achieving harmony where the wood added warmth and softness to the overall design.
For the main surface, Hadas chose Macchia Vecchia Gold from Ascale, which perfectly aligned with the couple’s preferences. This model added a bright, dramatic touch to the space, with a texture and color that fit seamlessly into the kitchen. The presence of marble on the large central island unquestionably stole the show, merging all of the project’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
